    VGSC Collateral

VisitGreenvilleSC is in a tough business, working to attract meetings, conventions and trade shows to greater Greenville against competitors from across the nation and even the world. As such, everything they do has to have a purpose and work hard to achieve it. We’ve developed a variety of collateral materials ranging from four-page and two-sided flyers to “Candygrams” sharing good news about business wins with members and local constituents.

    VGSC Postcards

It started out as a job to develop postcards the meetings and conventions sales staff could send out to meetings planners. By the time we were done, we had a set for them and a completely different visitor set available for purchase in local retailers.

    VGSC Brochure

When the VisitGreenvilleSC asked us to help them create a new meetings and conventions collateral piece, we went for impact, for the “wow” factor. Big pictures, bright colors and connective copy make this piece sing.

    GSP Folder

The expansion is comprised of multiple land tracts, each different in size, shape, features and recommended uses. Our utilitarian pocket folder was designed to carry a variety of elements, including individual tract sales sheets detailing the opportunities each tract possesses.

    GSP Brochures

Intended to tell the story of GSP, explain expansion and development and provide specifics for potential tenants, these brochures provided affordable multi-use tools the GSP team could distribute everywhere from local meetings to national trade shows.

    ZIPIT Sales Sheets

In sales and marketing, some pieces have the unenviable task of doing what’s called “the heavy lifting.” Their job is to deliver a whole lot of information in a small amount of space. Our job for Zipit Wireless was to make sure those heavy-lifters looked as good as they lifted, delivering specs and data in a way that was easy on the eyes and as user-friendly as possible.

    NET3 Folder

Back in the day, the Pony Express used leather saddlebags to keep mail and other important documents organized and in good condition. Pretty cool. But until horses make a comeback, we’ll be sticking with well-designed pocket folders.

    NET3 Sales Sheets

There’s an art to translating high tech jargon into something the layman can understand and digest. There’s an even greater art to making it look good, read well, make sense and compel a response. These inserts for N3T did it all.

    CAPA Collateral

Being able to spread out this map and explore all the nooks and crannies of Carolina Park – and consider specific home sites within the community – make this four-color map a hardworking and highly informative piece for potential Carolina Park homebuyers.

    CAPA Brochures

It may be a digital world, but homebuyers still enjoy being able to hold onto something tangible and take it home with them. This full-size, full-color brochure for Carolina Park provides an enduring reminder of the property and its offerings.
